Prioritize: What should you be working on? (Hint: Things that generate revenue. Providing your services. Getting more clients.) Which tasks can you hand off to someone else? (Almost everything else! Especially any repetitive tasks.)
Organize: Does your physical office space need to be organized? Let's look at your work flow. How about your paperwork, bookkeeping, files, contact management system? (What? You don't have a contact management system? Call us. Now.)
Systemize: Before you hand over any work to a VA, Rebecca can help you design a written process for your VA to follow. She will walk you step-by-step through the process of creating a blueprint. This document will clearly show any assistant the steps to take to complete their work the way you want it done, and will allow you to evaluate the completed projects.
Example: What is your procedure when a prospective customer contacts you? Do you scribble their phone number on a napkin and promise to get back to them with more information? Then later you realize you used that napkin to wipe up spilled coffee!
There is a better way! Together we will decide on a system that works for you to capture the contact information, send out the requested information, and it will be entered into the system for followup. Same thing with business cards and people you meet at networking events. Nobody will slip though the cracks anymore. If you can contact the prospective customers you can probably turn them into current customers and generate more income!
We can do this with every part of your business. So where to start? You can start with one small task which you don't want to do yourself, or commit to just a few hours per week. Rebecca will guide you through and document the process while you remain the decision-maker. Once you have a VA to do this task and things are running smoothly, you will find many other tasks to delegate.
Do you need a virtual assistant? Some occassional on-site assistance? Maybe more than one VA with different specialties? Possibly even employee(s)? Rebecca can help you decide which which options are best for you and your business, whether we do the virtual assistant work for you or you hire someone else.
